Terms of Service

1. Who these terms are with

RxStock is operated by RxStock. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Who may use RxStock

RxStock is intended for adults (18+) operating a licensed pharmacy or chemist business in India. You are responsible for holding the licences your business requires; RxStock does not verify licences and provides no regulatory approval of any kind.

3. Your account

• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Staff accounts you create are your responsibility, including what access you grant them.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your data and your customers’ data

Your business data remains yours. You can export it at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. Where you record customer details, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for giving those customers appropriate notice — RxStock processes that data on your instructions. 5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• A free plan is available with usage limits shown in the app. Paid plans unlock higher limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Razorpay for the plan period you select.
• You may stop using the service or downgrade at any time; there is no lock-in contract.
• Refunds. If a paid plan is not right for you, email hello@rxstock.in within 3 days of the payment and we will refund it in full. Tell us the pharmacy name and the payment date so we can find it. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, through Razorpay, and usually take 5–7 working days to appear.
• After 3 days a payment is not refundable, and cancelling part-way through a plan period does not refund the unused days — the plan simply runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays available on the free plan.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RxStock to break the law, to attempt to access another pharmacy’s data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.

7. Availability

We work to keep RxStock available and backed up, but the service is provided on an “as is” basis without an uptime guarantee unless separately agreed in writing. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

8. Not professional advice

RxStock helps you record and organise business information — including expiry dates, stock levels and GST figures. It is a record-keeping tool, not pharmaceutical, medical, legal, tax or accounting advice. You remain responsible for dispensing decisions, regulatory compliance and the accuracy of what you file. Always verify expiry and stock physically before dispensing.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of your use of RxStock is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your own data entry errors.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Privacy Centre. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. On closure, personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy — note that financial records are retained where the law requires it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at India having exclusive jurisdiction.
