Create a bill

Read the steps
  1. Open New Sale and search or scan a medicine.
  2. Check the batch and quantity, then add it.
  3. Choose a customer for credit, or leave blank for a walk-in.
  4. Choose payment, complete the sale and share the invoice.

Record a purchase

Read the steps
  1. Open Purchases and select New Purchase.
  2. Select the supplier and enter their invoice reference.
  3. Add each medicine, batch, expiry, quantity and cost.
  4. Review and save; the app records incoming stock.

Review expiring stock

Read the steps
  1. Open Expiring Soon on web or expiry alerts in the app.
  2. Review medicine, batch and expiry date.
  3. Identify stock within your supplier’s return window.
  4. Record accepted returns and track credit notes.
